This flourless chocolate cake is so gooey and indulgent that you might not even realize itâs gluten friendly.

Crumbl, known for its large cookies served in its iconic pink boxes, launched its first gluten-friendly dessert this week. The dessert businessâs cookie flavors change weekly, and this week features a collaboration with the Kardashian Jenner family.

Kourtneyâs flourless chocolate cake features a gluten-friendly chocolate cake thatâs made with zero refined sugar, drizzled with a dark chocolate glaze, and topped with tangy raspberries, according to Crumbl general manager Devin Winstanley.
âKourtneyâs flourless chocolate cake has been a long time coming for our gluten-free community,â he says. âWeâre very excited about this flavor. Itâs very rich, sweet and chocolaty while being gluten-friendly; itâs a pretty special dessert. Weâre excited to reach that market of people who havenât been able to try Crumbl before because of their gluten intolerance.â
Winstanley notes that the flavor is gluten-friendly, as all Crumbl stores feature an open-concept kitchen. While the flourless chocolate cake was created for those with gluten sensitivities in mind, the business wants customers to be aware of potential cross-contamination.

The cookies in the Kardashian Jenner collaboration were put together by Crumbl based on the family membersâ favorite flavors, according to Jesse Folsom, owner of the Crumbl stores on OÊ»ahu.
âCrumbl is very popular on Tiktok and Instagram; celebrities love it,â he says.
Besides Kourtneyâs flourless chocolate cake, this weekâs flavors include Krisâ classic yellow layer cake with fudge frosting, chocolate glaze and chocolate curls; Kimâs snickerdoodle crumb cake cookie with a cinnamon streusel crunch and white chips; Khloeâs cookies & cream skillet cookie with fresh vanilla bean cookies & cream mousse and chocolate ganache; Kendallâs cookie dough cupcake cookie with cookie dough-inspired buttercream and crumbled cookie pieces; and Kylieâs pink confetti sugar cookie with pink cake batter buttercream and rainbow sprinkles.
When asked about the most popular flavor of the week thus far, Winstanley says that, overall, itâs been pretty even.
âThe most popular would be Khloeâs cookies & cream skillet cookie,â he says. âThe island loves their Oreo cookies and cream flavor. Kimâs snickerdoodle has been my favorite because of the delicious streusel on top.â
This isnât the first time Crumbl has done a celebrity collaboration. Previous collabs include Olivia Rodrigoâs GUTS cookie (triple berry jam and light vanilla buttercream between chilled purple vanilla cookies, rolled in colorful sprinkles and finished with a star cutout) and Robâs Backstage Caramel Popcorn Cookie featuring The Jonas Brothers. The latter was a warm, buttery cookie topped with caramel cream cheese frosting, caramel drizzle and caramel popcorn pieces.

A single cookie cost $4.99, a four-pack is $18.99, a six-pack is $24.99 and a 12-pack is $48.99. Winstanley notes that there is a limited-edition six-pack this week, which is a different color from the signature pink Crumbl box. The limited-edition box features the Kardashian Jenner family membersâ signatures.
There are slight upcharges for the gluten-friendly chocolate cake (an additional $1.99) and yellow layered cake (additional 99 cents). Â
